Mactan International airport allows you to travel from Cebu to the cities of Caticlan, Kalibo and Iloilo city in the Panay islands daily.
From Palawan to Boracay, you will need to take a plane from Puerto Princessa to Iloilo city in Panay island. Philippines Airlines makes flights once a week.

If you have time on your hands, you can choose to travel via ferry. From Manila, you will travel to Damaguit which located on the northern side of the Panay island. The ferry departs at the North harbour at Manila and takes the overnight trip to Damaguit. From here you will need to take an air -conditioned bus to Caticlan.

Another different route to take would be to board an air-conditioned bus from Manila to Bantangas in the south. From here you will need to take an overnight ferry to the Island of Tambalas. You will then take a jeepney ride across the hills until you reach the port of Santa Fe where  you will take a Banca boat to Boracay Island.
